MAYA DAYA SWASTHYA CLINIC has successfully completed set up of a dialysis center with well-equipped machines, highly qualified doctors, well trained nurses, very caring and dedicated monks assisting the patients with compassion. The facility embodies an ambience of peace and homely environment, as envisioned by Kopan Monastery. We are very much committed to expand the service by adding more machines to fulfill the demand of the growing number of CKD patients requiring hemodialysis every year in the near future.

After being enlisted to the "BIPANNA NAGARIK KOSH" under Nursing and Social Security Division Department of Health Services on 14th February 2021, Maya Daya Swasthya Clinic Dialysis Center has been providing its services for free to the patients (the government reimburses the cost) to the fullest of its capacity. Currently it has the capacity of performing 30 sessions per day with 10 machines fully functioning. Although one machine received damaged at the consignment, we settled the insurance process and got replaced with another new machine within a few months after a lengthy process.

Currently we are providing 3 shifts for treatment with 51 patients regularly getting service where each patient receives two sessions per week. This number is growing with total of 99 sessions per week. Although the number of machines is limited, after being enlisted to the Government’s free program, the number of the patients increased by 51 percent within a month. There are still many more patients waiting on the list to get service from the center.
